      It’s whichever you prefer. As they are conducted through the web it is possible for more than one person to join the training, but equally if you prefer the training to be one to one, then that’s fine and allows our Customer Service Managers to be more specific and cater to your individual needs. All training is offered on a first come, first served basis. So if you email with your preferred dates and times, as well as the number of colleagues to join, then we will be in touch to arrange a training session for you.

It can take from 30 minutes to an hour depending on how many questions are asked, which tools you would like to know about in detail etc. The training is designed to meet your needs so if when you request the training; (by emailing you note your availability and then we shall do our best to work around that. It also helps if you note which time zone you are in when emailing please.
      The training takes between 30 minutes to an hour depending on how many questions you have / how much detail you require of the Majestic SEO tools, reports etc.

    You have a recurring problem when saving files for Exel. Once stored in the format .CSV, open file is displayed with the wrong encoding.

      I am not sure it is a problem with us. The problem is that CSV file format is only UTF-8 which means that you cannot store some character sets in CSV. This is why we improved the system so that you can also open many reports directly in Excel – but if you then save an Excel file into CSV you may lose some data integrity.
