The EU have come up with new legislation regarding changed to the ways in which VAT is allocated across borders within the European Union. Our systems are now integrated to incorporate these mandatory changes.
I understand the development team have immensely enjoyed integrating this rather awkward change in legislation, especially with the whole of Europe going supposedly live on a bank holiday just after Christmas.
If you are directly affected as a customer, we will have sent you a system email just before Christmas.
