We are pleased to introduce (or should that be re-introduce and introduce) our latest team members, who will be working with Alex and Steve to lead the development of a number of customer-centric projects and initiatives in 2018 and beyond. We are expanding the “Majestic Marketing” team to recognise the much wider role of outreach, customer support and engagement, sales, and business development.
Ken McGaffin is no stranger to Majestic and has a good working relationship with the company stretching back 10 years. He developed the ‘Get up to speed with Majestic’ video course and contributes regularly to the blog. He runs foundation workshops in link building and digital PR at SMX events where he is also a regular speaker. He has a wealth of experience working with SaaS companies on content marketing and public relations strategy and embraces an agile approach to marketing. Ken has a degree in Psychology and Computer Science from Queens University, Belfast, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Ulster and won a 1-year scholarship to study Entrepreneurship at Boston College in Massachusetts. He lives with his family in Ayr, Scotland.
Philip Aggrey also brings over 20 years of customer marketing expertise to Majestic. Philip has worked in a number of automotive firms leading strategic multi-channel CRM and digital marketing programs with an emphasis on CRM & Data, Data Protection, Data Driven Customer Communications, Customer Satisfaction, Lifetime Value, Retention and Acquisition, prior to specialising in optimising business gain from Salesforce.com based systems as an independent consultant.
We believe that Ken and Philip will help us build on our achievements to date and to ensure we lay the foundations of robust back of house systems and processes to support a greater level of customer engagement and market orientation.
